Dot NAME Domain Name Registrations

Introduced in 2001, the Dot NAME generic domain name extension is the sole TLD planned for personal web pages only. These domain names can include personal or fictitious names, nicknames and/or other designations people are famous by. Initially, only 3rd-level registrations were possible, so if you wished to obtain john.doe.name, you were supposed to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration procedures were loosened and second-level registrations were also allowed. Already taken 3rd-level domains remained functional.

You will have the chance to update the WHOIS details, to park your domain, to edit Custom DNS records, etc. You can also move over an already registered domain to our firm if you have its EPP transfer key from the current registrar company and we will renew it as soon as the transfer has been completed.
